FiveList operates a RESTRICTIVE REFUND POLICY. Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances as outlined in this policy. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

As a specialized SaaS platform for FiveM server management, FiveList provides digital services that are immediately accessible upon purchase. Due to the nature of our software-as-a-service model and the immediate access granted to our platform, refunds are generally not provided except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

This policy applies to all subscription plans, one-time purchases, and add-on services provided by FiveList, operated by Steelzz Development.

2No Refund Policy - Standard Cases

Palestinian Aid Program and Refunds:

When donations have been made to Palestinian aid charities on behalf of a user's request:

  • Donated amounts cannot be refunded as they have been transferred to humanitarian organizations
  • • Any eligible refund would be calculated on the remaining subscription amount only
  • • Users are informed of donation amounts before processing to ensure informed consent
  • • Donation requests are considered final and irrevocable once processed
  • • Refund calculations will clearly separate service charges from donated amounts

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR:

Service-Related

  • • Change of mind after purchase
  • • Lack of usage or server inactivity
  • • Deciding to use alternative solutions
  • • Temporary server closure or breaks
  • • Learning curve or complexity issues

User-Related

  • • Violation of Terms of Service
  • • Account suspension or termination
  • • Failure to properly configure integrations
  • • Misunderstanding of features or capabilities
  • • External Discord or FiveM issues

Technical-Related

  • • Minor bugs or feature requests
  • • Compatibility issues with third-party services
  • • Performance issues on user's end
  • • Internet connectivity problems
  • • Hardware or device limitations

Financial-Related

  • • Buyer's remorse or financial hardship
  • • Currency exchange rate changes
  • • Subscription renewals (auto-billing)
  • • Duplicate charges (handled separately)
  • • Pricing changes or promotions

Legal Disclaimer:

This restrictive policy is necessary to maintain the viability of our service and prevent abuse. Digital services cannot be "returned" like physical goods, and immediate access is granted upon purchase.

3Exceptional Circumstances - When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances, subject to investigation and approval:

  • • Complete inability to access the service for more than 72 hours due to our fault
  • • Fundamental features advertised as working that are completely non-functional
  • • Data loss caused directly by our platform (not user error or external factors)
  • • Security breach resulting in compromised user data due to our negligence

💳 Payment and Billing Errors

  • • Unauthorized duplicate charges due to system error
  • • Incorrect billing amounts caused by platform malfunction
  • • Failed subscription cancellation processing despite timely request
  • • Technical errors in payment processing (not user payment method issues)

⚖️ Legal and Compliance Issues

  • • Service becomes illegal in user's jurisdiction after purchase
  • • Material misrepresentation of service capabilities in our marketing
  • • Breach of consumer protection laws where applicable
  • • Court-ordered refunds or regulatory compliance requirements

Burden of Proof:

Users claiming exceptional circumstances must provide clear evidence and documentation. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion after thorough investigation.

4Refund Request Process

Discord-Only Process

ALL refund requests must be submitted through our Discord support server. We do not process refund requests via email, social media, or other channels.

  • • Fraudulent or abusive requests will result in account termination

6Subscription Cancellations and Billing Cycles

Cancellation vs Refund:

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your FiveList dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle
  • Cancelled accounts retain data for 90 days before deletion

Automatic Renewal Policy:

  • • Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • • We send NO pre-renewal notifications or reminders
  • • It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you no longer wish to continue
  • • Renewals are processed automatically via Stripe on your billing anniversary
  • • Failed renewal attempts may result in immediate service suspension

Pro-Tip: If you're experiencing issues, contact our support team before canceling. Many problems can be resolved without cancellation.

7Chargeback and Dispute Protection

Anti-Fraud Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Chargeback Consequences:

  • Immediate and permanent account suspension
  • Termination of all services and data deletion
  • Blacklisting from future service use
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases
  • Potential legal action to recover costs and damages

Legitimate Dispute Process: If you have a genuine payment issue, contact our Discord support team first. We will work with you to resolve legitimate problems without the need for chargebacks.

Legal Notice: We maintain detailed records of all transactions and user interactions. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full documentation provided to financial institutions.

8UK Consumer Contracts Regulations Compliance

Digital Services Exemption:

As a digital service delivered instantly upon purchase, FiveList is exempt from cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, where local law requires otherwise, we will comply with applicable legal obligations.

Regulatory Framework:

  • FiveList operates as a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS platform primarily serving Discord communities
  • Digital content is delivered immediately upon successful payment processing
  • Service commencement begins upon account activation and Discord integration
  • No physical goods are supplied; all services are digital and cloud-based
  • Users acknowledge waiving standard 14-day cooling-off period by immediate service utilization

Legal Compliance: This policy is designed to comply with UK consumer protection laws while protecting FiveList from abuse and ensuring service sustainability.

9Refund Processing and Timeline

In the rare event that a refund is approved:

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.

Payment Method

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to different cards or accounts.

Account Status

Upon refund, your account access is immediately terminated and all data is permanently deleted.

Partial Refunds:

We may offer partial refunds based on usage time, circumstances, and our assessment of the situation. Partial refunds are calculated at our sole discretion.

10Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability for any refund claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption
  • This refund policy is governed by the same jurisdiction clauses as our Terms of Service
  • Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights that cannot be waived

Jurisdictional Variations:

Some jurisdictions may require more lenient refund policies. Where applicable local consumer laws conflict with this policy, the more consumer-friendly provisions will apply to the minimum extent required by law.
